Yep, I did some digging, and it looks like he actually did get the R*Magic wide body kit he was talking about... wonder who paid for it? And where he bought it from, since most vendors were on a cash-only basis with good ol' Alex.

He lists "3-rotors/Twin T66 conversion" in his future plans. He'd better knock over a bank while he's at it, that's gonna cost...

lmao, as for who he got it from, i hope the person noticed before too many cash advances were taken from their CC account. Most CC companies limit it to 1-2k a day, so he must have been very patient. To have the R-magic Kit, and that paintjob, done within one year (when we first found out about the scandal) takes a lot of skill. I know this may sound bad, but the guy does know what he's doing. . . . . . but i do hope he gets whats coming to him sometime soon.

People like that **** me off, i slave in and out at my job just trying to get ends to meet, while he goes in and out, and gets a few grand a day from somone else who doesnt even know what happened. . . ******.

Honestly though, i dont think its physically possible to get that much money from that many CC's w/o being caught by the $15k mark. . . . . .

ok i'm not taking sides and i have been here long enoughtto know the story, but in all honesty guys he has never been convicted. alot of you are bash him and it makes you look like a bunch of jelous (sp chk) bitches. there a lot of people, especially you jimlab, that have money (extra money) to spend on cars and do so. i am in no way attacking you i'm just mentioning the fact i don't think your a drug dealer or a scam artist but you still managed to make a custom motor for your car and before that replace several motors. so unless someone here is a witness or appeard in court where aaroatry got convicted, let off. remember there is two sides to every story.

Oh normally I wouldn't jump on a guy but if you read his posts, they just scream shady so loud its unbearable. I mean, its just ridiculous. Sure he hasn't been convicted, but when you approach him with these allegations of CC fraud and he basically says "f*ck the american system, it'll never catch me its too slow" or something to that effect, what are you supposed to think? He changed his story so many times, has never been upfront about anything, its just amazing he hasn't been caught yet.

I believe many people are incensed by the probability that he didn't earn the money to pay for his modifications because it's an insult to those who do work hard and may not be able to afford to do nearly as much. No one likes a thief, let alone someone who is apparently rewarded again and again for his (alleged) crimes. That has absolutely nothing to do with jealousy.

Alex had his day in the "RX-7 Forum court", and he didn't say the things that would have assured anyone who was in doubt that he didn't get where he is by illegal activity. In fact, many of us are still not sure what the hell it was that he did say. In my opinion, he didn't act like someone who was innocent and had nothing to hide. He acted like someone who knew he was wrong and tried to sweep it all under the rug, and then completely lost it when his story wasn't accepted. And I quote...

Listen to me people! You people don't understand, well I guess most of you guys don't like me anyway, so Let me tell you this "**** this bull **** " I don't do anything that iam getting scare of and I will continue sup up my car and I enjoy my ride more than ever, I don't care if you think Iam fraud or not fraud because you people just at another stage that it.. I don't have time to baby sit u guys " Plus I ain't go to prison" what the fuckk , Iam just going to make ride more secure and nice blow most of the people and people stare at me is my sincerely when I sup my car.. So the **** for WHAT YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT ME , ANYWAY MY RIDE IS PERFECT IN TACK AND IAM WAITING FOR WHO EVER WANT TP PUNISH ME.. IAM READY MOTHER ******... LET PHASE IT IAM NOT SCARE OF NOBODY" I DON'T SCARE OF NOBODY "ANYBODY TOUCH ME .. MOTHER ****** i MEAN MOTHER ****** THEY WILL GET WHAT THEY WANT.. MONEYS CAN BUY A HEAD OF THE NECK. AND I MEANT IT.. I CAN BUILD THE CAR LIKE , SO FOR THE PEOPLE TOUCH ME MOTHER ****** . THEY WHIPPED REAL GOOD TOO.. THAT I GET TO SAY..... SCREW THE AMERICAN SYSTEM.. TOO SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW///
So anyone who doesn't buy his bullshit story is just a jealous hater? Please. People don't need to hate or be jealous to smell a rat. Alex was always extremely evasive about telling people how he paid for everything. Someone who didn't have anything to hide would come right out and say where the money came from, in my opinion. The amount of money he was spending and the short amount of time in which he'd put that car together didn't add up to what he was telling people his income sources were. When 1 and 1 don't equal 2... something's got to be rotten.

Regardless of whether he's guilty of credit card fraud or not (and why would a vendor make something like that up?) he's still guilty of lack of class. Both in his behavior, and in building that eyesore of an RX-7.

I have yet to see/hear of any mention of a shop that he owns. If that was the case, don't you think he will be plastering some sort of decals for his "shop"? The articles in the magazines would have shown some mention of his "shop". But there is none. Why is that? Ahem.

wptrx7: I agree w/ Jim. While AArotary has not been convicted by the US court of justice, he is alleged to has acquired his parts through illegal means. Anyone would nothing to hide, would certainly not have to go off on the entire forum. He was asked a simple question and while he has every right to refuse to answer...he chose to launch a full verbal assault on every member of this forum. At least, if he politely said that he refused to comment, that would've left the doors wide open. But his character, when put in the spotlight, leaves much to be desired and is indicative of someone w/ something to hide.

How's this for an argument. His mom & dad own a supermarket. Well, the last time I checked, in order to make enough money to be able to go through a list of his previous cars (a 300zx TT, a Lexus SC400, and at least 3 other cars), you will probably have to own a good chain supermarket. I'm not talking a large corporation like Ralph's, VONS, Safeway, etc. But the supermarket will still have to be at least 1/3 of the size these type of stores in order to generate enough revenue to purchase these cars. Keep in mind that these cars are not stock. Most likely modded given his taste for cars and speed.

Brent w/ WholeHyper (who supplied the C-West kit, etc.) even came on here to provide "testimony" to the almighty "RX-7 forum Court". And yet, none of his testimony was disputed by AArotary. Interesting? Yes.

A forum member even saw his car being serviced by KD Rotary. And yet, Maxboostrx7 was told by AArotary that he had a shop in CA (despite the fact that CA has some reputable shops which are much closer) and that there is no mention of his "shop" in the magazine articles that he was in.

His quick acquisition of parts was amazing. Not to say that it can't be done, but it seemed like he haphazardly just went to say....SuperAutoBACS in Japan and went on a shopping spree of everything! Who buys a MOTEC unit (w/ the dashboard display unit) and runs it on the street? I don't know anyone who has done that. He also was thinking about a FEED titanium exhaust among other things. How much money does that equal to? A lot!

I was at NOPI and talked to them. It IS AArotorys car. He's a stuck up *****, but the other guy who was there with him was as nice as he could be.. He showed us under the hood, inside the car and trunk, and if he didn't know an answer to one of our questions he would find out and let us know. There car was looking good despite its owner.

jim and dom i agree with you guys to, i met the guy in englishtown and atlantic city (and it appeared that he had sponsorship), he is an ******* and not very friendly. but c'mn, "rx7 court" you know how many people i would execute on this forum for never having anything good to say or always bashing someone. all i want to say is that if we let each other on the forum or in real life decide that someone is guilty the results can't be good. i oersonally like the rmagic kit on the companys blue fd, but i think his car (aa) looks horrible, except for the hre's. i really wish that we had some concrete evidence.

and dom, remember there are two sides to a story, and dave at kd never said he got screwd (sp chk).

Wow, that is AA Rotarys' car. He switched body kits pretty fast. Last time I saw him he had Blitz rims, C-West kit and no wing. That guy in the white shirt is his brother.

wptrx7: True, there are 2 sides to every story. It just appears to be swaying quite a bit more to one side than the other. I also agree that the R Magic kit on the company's Blue FD is awesome. The chameleon color scheme really is...well...not to my liking.

There's a C-west wing on it now... well as of the show.. and i forget what size tires he had but the fronts were nitto 555's that were too narrow for the rims.. and the rear were P-Zeros.

According to my source, Alex dropped his car off for consideration for the Fast and the Furious 2, but drivers are required to show proof of ownership and the rumor is that Alex had none. The rumor is also that his car will not be used in the movie.

Alex also has plates (Pennsylvania EJX - 9022, see picture below) that are different than the plates he had on the car the last time he was around, I am told, and if you look closely, you'll notice that there's no registration tabs on the plates... very interesting.
