um, i always drive in the rain always have always will.

its all about knowing your limits and experience.

of course there are some things which are outside of your power, you cant help that, but with experience hopefully you can avoid it.

So my 5 cents is always be on the look out especially when speeding and cornering. You never know where danger can be and lets say it and FD can increase the ratio by much.
You know man...that's really the truth about it all...the fact that you always have to be on the lookout for poor road conditions. And what hopefully we all realize, but just usually choose to ignore is, you can NEVER be assured of road conditions on public roads. I honestly think this is the underlying cause of 99% of accidents... because road conditions doesn't just include potholes, oil slicks, or water pools... it also includes, deer, squirrels, construction, debris, other unattentive/DUI/reckless drivers, etc etc.

I'm not trying to preach here...but I know VERY WELL that although I understand what i just wrote above, when I drive, I usually drive as if I'm the only real variable that counts, and everything else is 100% a-okay. If I really kept this in mind all the time, I'd ALWAYS drive slow and safe on public roadways, and leave the crazy stuff for the track. But what can I say...there's a dichotomy between what I KNOW, and what I DO...
