why the tranny is hard to put in gear????

me and my friend we just change the tranny oil in his 93 rx7 and we put in 75w-90 from mazda dealer... and somehow before is hard to put in gear when is cold....
but now after we change it and it still does it....
and the car has only 30000 miles... so is that the tranny problem, clutch problem or i need some different kind gear oil????

You might try adjusting the cluch pedal. If that doesn't make a difference, bleed the clutch.

You have to make sure you have exact amount of fluid in there,if you overfill it it might be hard to shift. Also your pilot bearing might be going bad.....
