Who makes IC pipe BOV
On what IC pipe? On the stock plastic ones? That's not happening. If you have aftermarket aluminum (or steel) IC piping then you need to buy the corresponding metal (aluminum or steel) BOV flange, mark where you want it, and take it to a welding shop. If you want to save a lot of money and also curb the chance for dumb mistakes, you'll cut the hole in the pipe yourself (size of the inner diameter of the BOV flange) and cut the base of the flange to the shape of the pipe. A die grinder is what I use.
