Bought the cooling mist dual stage water injection kit 2 years ago.

I finally gonna install it..

Who here has a Water INjection Kit, with the Pump Mounted in the Engine bay
and using the windshield washer fluid containter as water source??

At one point I had the pump in the enginebay of the 7. I was only able to do it because I built a custom bracket to connect it to the side of the Rx7fasion air box (M2).

Rynberg has that same pump you do in his enginebay. I am sure he can help you with where it was installed.

My main concern is the effect of heat on the pump.

I mounted my pump where my A/C compressor was..

thats why I moved it from that location.

 

My Aquamist pump failed at Watkins Glen due to heat 7 years ago. I have since mounted the replacment pump behind the seat.
