NC Who can rebuild a set of twins at a reasonable cost?

I have a set of low mileage Pettit twins in perfect shape but they smoke like hell. Any ideas?

Bryan at BNR Supercars is the go-to guy on twins. He'll definitely do the job right.

There's a place down here called mikes turbos that can rebuild them and they're pretty reputable, don't know how much they'll charge though.

The problem is finding the parts. Majestic Turbos use to rebuild them but no longer.
Thay say the parts are too hard to find.

Is anyone familiar with G-Pop Shop? http://www.gpopshop.com/ They offer rebuild services and have a rebuild kit available for the FD. Just curious if anyone has used them. I found them by searching Google one day but I haven't seen anything posted about them here on the forum.

ive had twins rebuilt several times and I advise you to just go ahead and replace them if you plan to keep your car at least another 5 years
of course, if you have ported petites thats a different issue
though you might try looking for some JDM salvage or somebody who went single selling a used pair and then selling these off

but I do have a question, if they are 'low mileage' and in 'perfect condition' why the hell are they smoking. normally, they should last 50k miles and 4 years, so I guess you have had these a long time?

if you do find someone that can rebuild them cheaply, let us know.
also contact petit if you were the original purchaser

14psi for 20k miles will do that

they boost perfect and have zero (ZERO) cracks in the manifold. not sure why they are smoking.

Message gxl90rx7 He runs J-Tech turbo's in Charleston, SC. Good guy knows his sh*t and reasonable on price. I think he's out of town for a few days, so I'll have to give him a call. But if your not in a hurry he might be worth the effort. I know he builds all my turbos and I've got no complaints.
