Where is the stock alarm system box located?

If I remember right it's in the drivers side kick panel. To the left of the pedal box and a little more towards the rear of the car. It says "alarm" or "anti theft" or something of that sort.

Yes - the Stock ALARM (Security/Antitheft System) logic circuits are integrated in the CPU #2, it is a rectangular black plastic box w/ 4 harness connectors located behind the Left kick panel of the leftside (US Drivers side) footwell.
The CPU #2 also contains logic for the Turn Signals/Emergency Flashers, Headlight Dimmer, DRL's, Seatbelt & Key Alarms, Key Cylinder Illumination, BRAKE warning light, tells the AT ECU if the HOLD Switch is On Or Off, and other things.
If you need a new one, I have a nearly New In Box CPU #2 for sale - It was only used Breifly (about 5min) to Diagnose Problems w/ mine. They List in the $280 range irrc. I will let mine go for $195 shipped in the USA
