ID Where should I start (turbo problems)?

My first mod was an aluminum AST. My second was a boost gauge.

Sure enough, my boost pattern goes something like 10-8-5.

That means that my second turbo is loosing pressure, or not getting activated. Right?

Where do I start?

I'm assuming that its one of those notorious vacuum hose problems. Can anyone tell me which ones to check first?

Could it be anything else? Should I be looking for cracked IC piping or something?
