Where is the igniter?

Someone suggested that since my car had haltech in it prior, that my igniter might not be connected anymore?? How would I find that out or rather where would I look to see if it was or not?

Igniter is on the inside of the driver's side fender, right behind the shock tower, and behind the cruise control motor if you have cruise.
