Where to get alternator pulley ASAP in Charlotte
I need to know where i can buy an in-stock Alternator Greddy-sized pulley for my damn car. I had to get a new alternator and there was NO WAY IN HELL the old Greddy pulley was coming off my old alternator. I'm west of Charlotte ,NC

Why couldn't you get the pulley off? You stick two screw drivers in the locking holes and use a long handled ratchet. Cake. The pulley is sandwitched againts the front case bearing and the nut, and it should pop right off. If it is stuck, heat the pulley with a torch (away from the alternator) and pry it off with a long screwdriver.
If you need a pulley bad, order one from the RX-7 store or RP and get it next dayed to you.

We got the nut off easy but the actual pulley was stuck tried heating ,freezing,hammering on the shaft while holding the pulley , using a pry fork etc....finally a gear puller put the pulley out of it's misery. I think i'm going to call Rotorsports Racing where i got it from and see if they have one at the shop they will sell me since i don't need the whole kit.
