where is the ECU?

Where is the ECU and how do you get to it? I need to fiond out so i can finish installing my turbo timer. Thanks alot.

Passenger side, inside the car...

1. Remove the passenger door sill/scuff plate.

2. Pop off the lower interior panel.

its located behind the passenger kick panal, just remove the scuff gaurd, then the kick panel, its on the lower right side on the passenger side
