Where can I buy this belt?
I have the airpump removed and have the greddy pully on the water pump and alt. Does anyone know where I can but the belt that fits it? current one is worn and need a new one. lady at the parts store called it a 290k5. thanks

UH, just walk into the auto parts store?
Tell them you need a serpentine belt. When they ask for what year/model car for their computer, tell them it's for a custom application and you need to match it up manually. Tell them you need a 5 rib belt 29 inches long. *most* belts are numbered this way...just as you posted. The single digit represents the # of ribs, the 3 digits together represent inches in half-inch increments (290=29.0"). Anything from a 29-29.5 should work for that. If you cant find it in a 5 rib, you can get by with a 4 rib. I recommend dayco or goodyear belts.
IF you have the car running, drive it over and bring a 12mm socket, and just take the various belts outside and find the one that fits best...it's not like it's hard to slip it on and see.

uh, hello. dont you think i did that already. no one sell one. they say its an "odd" belt that they dont carry, I went belt searching for about 2 hours the other day.
