I use plastic ones. Autozone, Ace Hardware, etc. No melting yet (did have one crack though), but I only use them for temporary debugging.

Garfinkle makes them from steel brake line stock. That way he can get 6 mm with 4mm t or 8mm with 4mm or 6mm t or what ever is needed . He can make vacuum line harness to fit the car so only short hoses are needed. That custom work is only done if the car is there. He did one for rotorbrain this week. The joints are fishtailed and brazed together .

You could probably use an aquarium air line T, found at any pet store.
