When to change oil after winter storage

I'm bringing my FD out of winter storage...when is the best time to change the oil ?
...before starting for the first time
...after starting, engine running successfully and warmed up
....later after a brief drive

If the oil was changed before you stored it, as it should have been, then you wouldn't have to change it now.

However, since you obviously did not do that, I'd get the engine thoroughly warm on a drive of 15 minutes or more to make sure all contaminants (sludge, etc.) are in suspension and will come out with the oil being drained.
