Whats the better buy?
93 MBM Gran Touring with 110k miles on the chassis and 14k miles on rebuild
99 spec turbos from Japan
New clutch
Rebuilt gearbox.
3 inch downpipe.
High Flow cat.
Racing Beat cat-back exaust.
M2 ECU upgrade.
Koyo all aluminum radiator upgrade.
K 'n N high flow air filters.
Greddy front mount intercooler. (includes greddy elbow and XSPower blow off valve, both of which are not installed)
Petitt autometer Boost guage.
Narrow Band Air/Fuel mix guage.
Battery relocation to storage bins.
18 inch Enkei Racing Wheels (235 and 265 Z rated tires)
Short throw shifter.
pettit crank pulley.
And all stock parts, including wheels with brand new tires.
OR
95 BB Base with 82k miles on chassis 34k miles on new street-ported rebuild
3 inch piping with Racing Beat muffler, RB stock airbox snorkel
New Tires
New OEM disc brakes and OEM pads put on a month ago
New ABS Sensors up front, New O2 Sensors in Exhaust Manifold, K&N intake just re-charged
Stock Turbos rebuilt
So all that being said, I really hate the leather beige interior and would want to convert everything to black/cloth. The MBM also wouldnt pass smog visual (and as most people have just said "find a place that doesnt care about visual") I dont really want to deal with that all the time. And with the BB the paint is pretty f'd so I would need to have it repainted.
These are going for about the same price.
So cost/difficulty wise would it be smarter buying the MBM and putting a few stock parts back on to pass visual and trying to track down black interior and cloth seats? or the BB and repainting but not being as reliable/fast as the modded coolingsystem + whatnot.
Idk maybe this seems like a no brainer. Ive kinda gone nuts looking for an rx7 exactly how I want it (so pissed about missing a stock rebuilt r1 cym)
Thanks in advance.

IF the turbos are rebuilt, they probably wont last very long. (not saying that ALL rebuilt stock turbos fail early... just most)
But get the 95.
Unless you plan on tearing it up, then get the 93.

These are both pending a test drive.
If I went with the 95, what would you suggest I have done immediately to ensure cooling and preempt problems (not to thread jack my own post ^_^)?
