whats the best fuel pump?
OK my mods are intake, pulleys, dp, mp, cb, profec b 9 psi (untill I get ecu) and non-seq mod. future mods ecu (of course) y pipe, intercooler, so what would be a good fuel pump to run in my car. It seems as if it is starving for fuel I am putting in a fuel pressure gauge and air/fuel meter in tomorrow so I will know a little better about whats going on with the car, it used to run pretty strong all the way to redline but now it seems as if it does'nt pull quite as hard after 6k I think my plugs may be getting old also so I am replacing them. anyway at around 6k the car gets weak and the exhaust tone changes a little My first guess would be detionation but not sure, it just started this. I am going to go ahead and replace the fuel pump with a higher volume one because with the mods I know I need one. I just need to know which one is best to use.

Fuel Pump alone will not change things. Getting an ECU will. The stock Fuel pump should be good for ~330 rwhp...I'd worry about getting an ECU before anything else.

The highest flowing intank pump on the market, I could find is the SR Ultimate pump. It flows 73gph at 43psi. It will suite your needs now and if you ever plan to go single turbo. Check out the different pumps..

Jason @ The RX7 Store sells many of the top pumps also.

Yea Mario that doesn't make alot of sense apperantly you do need two if you are afraid of not getting enough fuel from one at high boost.
Hey Ernie it's just my observation. Yer right I don't have a single either christ I don't even have a good engine right now for that matter.

You guys I swear...
The supra pump will suite all your HP needs. I'm going dual supra pump eventually, but for now...one will suffice.
