What would be next?
I'm looking at picking up an FD that has a new pineapple motor (unfortunately with stock ports), rebuilt turbos, all reliability mods, and the following:
PFS stock mount I/C
PFS cold air intake
Ported wastegate
Pettit downpipe
RX7 store midpipe
PFS catback
The car also has a PowerFC "professionally" tuned to about a 10.5:1 AF ratio @ 11psi (seems rich to me).
My question is, what would be the next steps to increase power? Seems like a fuel upgrade is in order, but what about after that? What kind of boost can you run on the stock turbos? Or do I need to get upgraded turbos or switch to a single to get "real" power? Also, how "bad" is it that the motor didnt get a streetport? Will that hold me back if I wanted to start upgrading??

The stock turbos start running out of breath and producing way to much heat at ~14 PSI.
If it doesnt have upgraded injectors, do that.
You could also get an efini Y pipe (flows better).
The stock port isnt a real bad restrictor, as i believe ErnieT on the forum ran low 1/4 miles times on stock ports. So have many others.
What else you upgrade is up to you.
You could do suspension...?

It's got full suspension and handles like a champ. I would be focusing strictly on additional power upgrades. I'll keep researching, just wanted to get some input to steer me in the right direction. So maybe the next logical upgrade would be injectors and a bigger fuel pump, and run 13-14 psi? (with the correct tuning of course)

The AF ratio is good for a rotary, they really like to run much richer than piston cars to prevent detonation.
It sounds like it's a hell of a car already. Next step in my mind is a higher flowing fuel pump, injectors, and a re-tune to a higher psi (I wouldn't personally push the stock turbos past 12psi or so, but many people have run 14 psi for long periods of time).
After that, or if you want more power right off the bat, I'd look into turbo upgrades. Either better twins from M2, or BNR, or a single turbo. The car has everything you'd need to go single already, minus the fueling, so that would be a good next logical step.
