What weight are the 99 spec wheels

I know the 93-95 rx's wheels weigh 16pds each. What do the 99 spec 17" wheels weigh and how wide are they?

I weighed the set I got from jesse....front are 17x8 and weighed 16lbs and the rear are 17x8.5 and weighed under 17lbs.
