What sort of power can I expect ?
So I've finally managed to get all my parts together and I'm just waiting for the engine block to get back form the rebuilders.
So basically this is going to be my setup -
Stock ported motor ( 3mm seals)
airpump eliminated
AC eliminated
Garrett single turbo AR. .60 cold side / 1.08 hotside
stainless manifold
custom downpipe
straight through exhaust ( no cat )
Tial 38mm external WG
Custom V mount IC setup
Greddy RS BOV
500hp walbro internal fuel pump
SX fuel filter
Sard FPR
custom secondary rail running x2 1680cc
stock primary injectors
Exedy clutch
Apexi PFC
greddy Profec e-01 boost controller
My only concern is the fuel setup, I'm thinking I might need to go bigger primary injectors and maybe an additional Fuel pump.
I'm looking for at least 350hp

You are good for at least 400, probably even 450. The stock fuel setup with a high flow fuel pump can be maxed out to 350 (while this can obviously cause issues) but I would assume almost doubling your secondary fuel supply would dramatically increase your fuel limitations.

Your fuel setup is fine for what you're running. You're good for over 400 with the fuel setup. Though you didn't say what size turbo you're running just the housing a/rs. You also didn't mention the boost level. So its hard to say what your actual power output will be. I'm running a similar setup except with street ports. Same size secondarys with stock primaries. I haven't dynoed the car yet but i expect slightly over 400 at the wheels at 15 psi
