What size bolt on lower driver's side center iron?

The bolt hole that is right next to the coolant passage drain. What size and thread bolt goes in that hole? I have done the manual steering conversion so I don't have a pump there, so the ground on the battery/starter harness is just dangling there and I want to ground it on this spot.

IIRC it's either 12x1.5 or 12x1.25.
