Arrow What Should My Tps Voltages Be

Hey guys im trying to narrow down this high idle, before i start im going to check the throttle cable, bleed screw and the other screw that sits in front with the nut.
Another member said to check the TPS voltage on the PFC. but when i do check i need to know the right or correct voltages

The correct voltages/conditions are listed in Section F of the FSM under TPS. The voltages from the sensors may be checked using the Commander under ETC/Sensors or by using a watch with the datalogit.

Like Rynberg said, the values are in the FSM. But here are some numbers for you.

Numbers from the FSM are in brackets.

Narrow Range
Closed = 1.00 V (0.75-1.25)
Open = 4.99 V (4.8-5.0)

Full Range
Closed = .4 V (0.1-0.7)
open = 4.3 V (4.2-4.6)

...or by inserting a safety pin in the wire jacket and using a regular volt meter, which is the method recommended by Chuck Westbrook.

On a side note, people have recorded different voltage values at the sensor itself and what is displayed on the commander.
