What should all options on the Gear judge be set at on the AVC-R?

What should all options on the Gear judge be set at on the AVC-R?
Can you tell me along w/ the other box to the right of the other options? I used the writeup but its still off...

Drive in 1st gear, The box on the right is what the 1st gear judge should be set at. then shift to second and on down the list. There is a way to automatically set it but I forget exactly how. It's not hard though.
