I know this is a simple question, but all the searches only revealed "not leather" and all the potential buys I have seen are tourings.

Actually it is an IMITATION Suede material - in the fasion industry it's called ULTRASUEDE and is a synthetic nonwoven fabric.

They are just black with a slight differance in tone between the center and the outer parts of the seat. Pics don't show up too well. The fabric feels and looks like real suede but doesn't get hard when you spill a soda on them then shampoo it out..........so I've heard

 

theyre very soft and when your taking hard corners, you dont slide around like you do in leather. I like them, very comfy, but I live in Florida where its hot as hell and that would only make things worse...
