What R your EGTs at?
My EGTs hit 1500'F at 7000-8000rpms in 4th gear.
Even when richening it up alot and coolant temps looking real good (89'C) and Air Temps looking good (35'C)
We figured the EGT needle might have gotten heatsoak but Ive seen others mounted in similar locations and curious to what you other guys are reading on WOT highway runs?

Hi Eric,
Mines located about 6-8 inches from the manifold. wanted it closer but the guy I had tap the hole aparently didn't understand what I meant when I said "As close to the manifold as possible"
Anyway, At wot in 3rd I see between 1400 and 1500F But don't think I have ever seen it go over that.
