What is with the prices?

I have been on carsforsale and found numerous gen III's that look great offered for $2k and $5K. I thought they were mistakes, someone left out a zero or two, but I keep seeing them again. For one that said contact seller, I did, I clicked on his email and asked how the car could be such a price. Never heard back from him. I don't get what is going on with those sellers. It wasn't an auction as far as I know.

carsforsale.com is weird.

my friend was just looking at 2007 M5s on there and there was a bunch for $5-8000 with only 40,000 miles on them. I don't know if they are scammers or just need something to waste their time. don't trust it.

Thanks folks

I found several 1980 Rx7's on there, I had one, and they want between $14K and $17K. I paid $6500 for mine new when I was still living in Maryland. 12A gs model???

Anyway, I kind of wanted to visit this part of the forum as my desire is to have a gen III Mazda. I am a teacher, high school, and my screen saver is a gen III in red. Kids always ask if it is my car and I say "Not yet..."
