What is this part? Back of engine passanger side.

Like the title says, it's on the back of the engine on the passenger side, its got a vacuum hose coming out of it on the bottom left and I'm not sure what it connects to.

I feel like I should have know that. Thanks!! Looks like that vacuum hose crosses over and plugs into the the nipple pointing straight up on the fpr solenoid.
