Angry What is my FD's problem????

Hey all, its me with a problem again. When i am on the throttle lightly and consistently the car will accelerate slowly but smoothly throughout the whole rpm band. When i put the pedal down to the floor quickly, the car loses all power and makes a popping noise sounding from underneath the car somewhere. Do any of you guys know what this would be? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

Man that could be a whole list of things. If you can be a little clearer on the details I'm sure the rotary smarties here can help you out. What rpm, what psi, and what mods do you have to your car would help a lot.

Well it really doesnt happen at a specific RPM. Like I said, i can accelerate throughout the whole rpm band as long as i dont punch it. No matter what rpm i punch it at, it will do it. Its a matter of when i slam the gas, not a specific rpm. I do not have any boost readings as of yet, i just got the car not very long ago and did not install a boost guage yet. As far as mods, i have none either because of just purchasing the car. I did however replace: fuel filter, plugs, wires, and o2 sensor. Any ideas?
