Every car is different, but many people experience boost creep if they have a midpipe, downpipe, and catback. If you do, you'd need to port the wastegate. Where you're from California I'd say don't get a mp, it's just not practical in an area with as strict emissions laws as CA. There are plenty of other things you can do to the car to make it as fast as your little heat desires, while keeping it somewhat emissions friendly.

But if you really, really want a midpipe, you'd be better off porting the wastegate just to be safe. And you'll need to have your Power FC tuned to your mods, because the car will be running significantly leaner than it is now once the pipe is installed. Other than that, you should be good to go.

The reason made me want to get a MP is I want to get a full from DP to CB. Its from Japan.
Does it hard to take out the wastegate. I got a sightly used 2000's RZ twins at home.
Anyone know how much $ for porting wastegate?

You can either port the wastegate yourself, or send the turbos out to have it done. There are plenty of shops that will do it for you, BNR (www.bnrsupercars.com) is a good one.

There should be info on this forum about how to do it yourself, do a search for porting wastegate, that should get you a good writeup.
