What to look for when purchasing an FD

Hi, I'm going to go and look at two FDs sometime this week. and I was wondering if there are common problems i should look for before i buy.

The first one is a Red 93 Touring 5spd. which has been in no accidents, has 106,000kms, and comes with a 12 month powertrain warranty which evidently works at any mazda dealership accross North America. This is the one I think i want..

The next one, is a little cheaper (a grand), is a black 5spd, 93 again. not too much info on it. They're supposed to call me back and tell me if it's been in any accidents, and tell me more about the car. it comes with 18s and some sort of bodykit. I figure i'll at least check this one out, since i have the luxury of shopping around for an FD. I do believe however that this one does not have a warranty, but it has an option of a warranty.

So what should i bee looking for when i go look at these cars? I'm coming from a civic so the rex will be a huge change for the better. and I plan on purchasing a second car sometime within the next 6 months.

I know i'm a big rx7 n00b, so if you want to flame, flame away.
