I have decided that I want an RX-7. I know that I want a third gen, but other than that, I have no idea what to ask about, etc. I am new to the rotary motor, etc. Currently I have a 14.0 neon and want a nicer/faster car. Any input appreciated.

Start with an N/A rotary and then move towards turbos.
