Question What is left to cause a clicking noise under accleration?

I've had ths clicking noise for ever, since then i've notice it has gone way but comes back, sometimes under med accleration but mostly hard accleration, but it's more than one click usually about 5-6.I have a new motor with 1600 miles and new turbos 3000 on it and my spark plugs look good during the rebuilt,i also never use any gas less than 93 octane. It doesn't do it everytime, but it occures more often if i've been driving for about 20 min of stop and go traffic.Any Ideas !Please Help

do you have an aftermarket shift ****??

I had the same problem, a wierd clicking noise i couldnt
identify, but then i noticed that it didnt happen when i
was holding my shifter.

and i found out that it was cuz the shift **** was loose,
so all i had to do was tighten it, and the clicking(was more of
a rattle actually) went away.
