Lightbulb What kind of fuel support mods would I need?

Hi guys,
I have a basically stock fd at the moment and am contemplating on the mods that I would do. After reading up some, I am going to go for some reliability mods. I will replace the ast, get a dp, get an exhaust, and replace the radiator. I am not sure if I will do the miata thermoswitch mod. I will also be getting an apexi intake, and a fmic or a smic, which one is more functional?

I understand that this car needs fuel and tuning is essential. That is why I have been deciding whether or not to get the Apex Power FC or the M2 Stage 2-3 ECU
Would the M2 ECUs be sufficient for my power/mod levels? or if you have any suggestions for a different ecu that would be great! That is basically all I plan to do to the car. Any ideas on what my specs might be with that setup?

What kind of fuel pump would you guys recommend? Also what size injectors would you guys recommend? Sorry for all the questions, but I just wanted to make sure I won't hurt the 7. Thanks for all your help in advance.

Well unless you can get a M2 ECU used you're out of luck because they've gone out of business. I would suggest a Pettit ECU or PFC. If you're just going to stay with bolt on modifications a remaped ECU is fine. As for the FMIC vs SMIC debate please search you'll find a billion threads to go over to help you make that decision.
You can't run bigger injectors with remaped ECU's so you would be stuck with the stock injectors.
They are good for about 300-320 rwhp.
Fuel pump I recommend the Denso/Supra TT as it's a drop in and is good for some serious horsepower. The Walbro's also work well and are cheaper, but are smaller and some people say they aren't as reliable.

thanks glassman, Ill look up the fmic vs smic debates and where would I be able to locate the supratt fuel pump? All I have been able to find was the r33 fuel pump and that thing is like 400 bucks. I also want bigger injectors for the secondaries to lower the duty cycle. Would 1300cc be a good replacement for the stock 850ccs?
