Audi S4 looks pretty good.
Audi RS6 looks wicked good.
And I'm not really an Audi guy, either...

A NSX would be mighty nice. I've always been a fan of the car and the mid engine layout. But I cant see myself replacing my FD with anything but another FD.

Within reason (relatively same price range, at least what I've spent on mine over the last 3 years)? A nice, clean early NSX.

Only thing that would get me to kick the FD to the curb is a Mclaren F1 GTR. Enzo can lick Mclaren *****.

This is a question I have thought about many times. Before I fell into my RX-7, I had my heart set on a 91 or 92 MR2 turbo. I still want one, but they are even less practical than an RX. My other cars of choice are in order: 1. WRX STi. This car will destroy all competition, including the new EVO. 2. A low miles 300zx TT. 3. A late model 240sx. I would have to swap the engine to an SR20DET and perform extensive suspension and brake mods though. This, in fact, will probably be my next project car. 4. A new Miata. These cars are the ****. Anyone who tells you otherwise has never spent time with one. On a side note, I hate to say that the RX8 will not succeed, in my opinion. It will never be able to compete with the new Z, let alone the slew of better offerings coming in from Japan. I dont know anyone besides RX7 owners who actually want one. I have heard that Mazda will offer a new RX7 - two seater version of the RX8 with a 2 liter displacement. This is definitely keeping my eyes open.

funny thing. I was sitting there looking at Goober's avatar when the exact same scene from Cowboy Bebop came on the TV. For those not in the know, Cowboy Bebop is the best show on TV. "Says who" you say? Says me, Jack! And don't forget it!

350z (a Skyline RB26DETT swap wouldn't hurt), supra, viper, z06 probably in that order

I would have to say a 1996-1997 Porsche 911 turbo or a 2004-2005 (available next year) Lotus Elise. The Lotus would be a awsome weapon to take on a road course weighing in at about 1800lbs.

I dont really see myself parting with my FD. I mean i can work on it myself, it doesnt have 5-10 different computers in it, and its still after 10 years old one of the best handling cars in the world.

within reason...elise, s2000. definitely has to be a 2 seater, don't want a fast sedan/coupe, m3, included.

Probably out of the 'within reason' category...but then again anyone buying such a car would have no real reasoning ability anyway...cause it's just crazy. Ultima GTR.

Back on Earth, I would have to go for either an E46 M3...I dunno why they just make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside

But on a real budget...I've been itching to do up a turbo 5.0 fox stang.

People have been saying the WRX STi, which I would take over the Evo8 for a lot of reasons: more power, better engine, better looks (imo). Cant you just imagine the power waiting to be unleashed from that 2.5L Flat 6 cyl thats already at 300HP with AWD. I am going to buy a used one next year for my daily driver I hope hehe.

well the looks of the NSX truely awe me. i really like how its just exotic. the FD turns heads, but i have parked next to many cars at autoXes that just puts my care to shame. i have parked next to an NSX, LAMBO, FERRARI, 02 911 turbo, and my buddies RX7. i would definately take an NSX as its also just a honda. im great with those. then i would consider a skyline. kinda dig RHD, but know i would suck *** at it. those are the only two cars within what i have spend on my car

In no particular order: Z06, 996, the new NSX, the new RX-7 (if it turns out OK)

Errr ... you got it backwards there, dood. The Evo8 is the one with lower horsepower, the 2.0L engine, and the phuggly hood. The WRX STi is the 300HP AWD monster.

As far as the earlier comment about why the STi over the Evo8 ... well, all the kewl stuff got yanked off the Evo8 to make it more price-competitive. If it still had the 6-spd, AYC, and all that jazz, I'd be talking Evo8 instead of STi.

S2000s are not bad, friend has one and lets me drive it occasionally. He is thinking of selling it for an rx8
