I want to go with a microtech since the local rotary tuner mostly uses it. I've been reading up on it, and apparently you need to rewire the harness.

Do you take the stock clips and wire them into the Microtech harness? or can you take the stock harness and rewire it at the ECU?

It's either a MT or a PFC, so if its going to be too complicated I might just go with a PFC and wait till Steve Kan is in the area.

Get an "S" series. LIke an Lt8s or lt10s. You can purchase a wiring harness adapter for a bit extra. It plugs inline w/ECU and allows use of the stock harness. "Plug and play". I have the Lt8s and love it. Traded it in over the PFC. Glad I did.
