what ecu says denso on the outside silver color casing?

If it looks like this, it's the stock ECU.

My stock ecu is a m2 stage 3 and still looks stock on the outside.

Yeah you'll need to open that up man. If its modified it should say something. If its not...i can't even say be careful... I wouldn't drive the car that way. You'll need a new engine asap
