What does this relay control?

Does anybody know what this relay controls? It is located in the driver's side kick panel. It is between the door lock relay (green box) and the alarm/flasher module (big black box).

It is the square black relay with the blue connector. It is just to the right of the green relay and almost touches it.

Mine is clicking when the car is cold. It never used to do this and I am worried that something may be wrong somewhere.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

Pretty sure that's your Starter Cut Relay. If you're concerned that its not working right, then pull it out and test it for continuity.

But, if its clicking, then most likely the relay itself is not bad... you may have another problem somewhere else in that circuit.

Do you have a service manual with the electrical selction? That may help you out.
