They're discontinued. And I believe the one I found is new, and in carbon fiber. I *MAY* find another one in the future, but I'd have to fight for it, and be VERY quick to throw lots and lots of cash in their face...which is why I wanna jump on this one (if it pans out) NOW.

vtakk eg, I don't conduct business via PM. Email only please. Plus, I already replied to your SUPER long list a few days ago...took me a LOT of time, so please consult that email.

That's correct. Wasn't sure if you were still interested. But don't worry, you still have dibs. I'm trying to get a 100% confirmation and final price on it. If it pans out, I'll be contacting you for the deposit etc.

Thanks,

That's exactly what I "had," except it wasn't totalled or hit . I just got hooked up!

Hey Ramy,

ShineAuto unfortunately backed out. Apparently they don't like doing their own R & D; just prefer to copy. Ken put me through a LOT of bullshit to later say that he can't dedicate his time to it because it'll require to much of their own effort.

I'd like to discuss with you other options IF you have people capable of doing this work. I don't mind just making this hood for myself if that's what it comes down to, but if it's cool I'll give you a ring and talk it over.

Regarding the "R-spec Hood" if the other guy doesn't take it let me know the details, especially the price. I'm DEFINITELY interested.

Thanks,

Riz

Riz, we'll talk...and I'll see what I can do re: that hood soon.

vtakk eg, FEED makes FEED parts They're their own company. Short for Fujita Engineering. And you can purchase any of their parts (or anyone else's parts for that matter) through me. Email is your friend

Thanks,

Yes, but you can have that done at any leather shop. You don't need to have it done overseas.

There's a guy here in town that can do that stuff, let me know if you want me to contact him for you. He does custom interiors for all of the show cars around here, like the old classic car crowd.

I already have the complete set in my possession. The only question is, how deep are your pockets?

Oh and FYI, the ebrake handle and boot are completely different from the US versions. In fact, the color of the boot is different. You can kinda tell from the pics rx7goomba posted, esp. if you know what you're looking for

In 2003 a reputable importer was selling an older real RE Amemiya widebody for 1700 or 1900. This was a week after I had just emptied my car funds on other items. I believe it was the 95 or 99 version. It is one of my favorite kits for the FD.
