what do you guys think?

so i have an appointment to get my car tuned by steve on june 14th, i havent upgraded my intercooler but i plan to by then... but my question is, my car smokes some what when its warming up (blue), once it warms up its perfectly fine.

i check my oil and it doesnt really burn any at all... i dont loose coolant all it does is smoke till it warms up then its fine, should i buy the intercooler and tune it or is it not worth it.

my car has 102k and the guy who had it before me said he rebuilt it but theres no proof of it

intercooler and tune or rebuild?

Compression test.

Check the coolant seals

Then decide

Let us know how it goes!

steve will most likely run a compression test on it before strapping it to a dyno. most places require it

The blue is oil burning. Many cars smoke lightly when the warm up (including mine). It's honestly about the amount that's burning that's the question. If it's a light mist you're okay. My motor doesn't even have 3k on it yet... Sounds like the motor is in good shape. If you're not losing coolant or seeing white smoke you're fine. It just sounds like you have a healthy and smart omp at startup
