What do you suggest to make the fd a comfortable car. Like a removable searing weal or a smaller sparco weal or lower racing seats.

be careful a lot of race shells are fairly uncomfortable, especially for larger individuals. i put a momo wheel in, and recaro Sp-g seats, and for me, 5'8" 145lbs, im perfectly comfortable. the steering wheel adaptor hub had to be custom machined for the car however, because from what ive heard they arent readilly available. if your a bigger guy i'd say pass on recaro shells, maybe look into recaro 2 piece seats, or go sparco. all my friends who are like in excess of 160lbs just about get stuck in my seats or dont slide all the way in. also its worth noting that the stock seatbelt recepticles are attached to the seats, so when you pull them out you have no where to buckle the stock seat belt into (at least on r1 seats). so that means that you have to go to a harness, which is a good thing safety wise, but until you get the hang of it, it'll take you a good couple minutes to get situated every time you get in your car.

Personnaly, I hate the stock steering wheel, the way the stitching goes around the thumb area. I am now custom fitting a Grant Corsa Steering wheel I just happen to have laying around to my FD, other then that, I think it feels great.
