What do this numbers mean?

So I went to go get a compression test done and they told me that Rotor #1 is doing max of 6.0 while rotor #2 is doing max of 7.4. The lowest Rotor #1 got was 5.8 and the lowest rotor #2 got was 7.0

My questions is, time for a rebuild?

And someone asked me what these numbers meant in PSI and I wasn't sure what to tell them. Any ideas?

Nope, none at all. It does just fine except in really really hot weather which ( I hear) is a normaly thing for Rx-7. It idles just fine though...so I guess no real worries. Any comments about the PSI Thing?

The compression is low on one of the rotors. They also shouldn't shouldn't be such a discrepancy between the two.

Agreed, but if it still runs fine I would keep driving it. Unless of course your sitting on a pile of money and are just itching for that half bridge, probably not though.
