What to do with engine out..

I am replacing all the hose with silicone one and I am going to clean out the engine bay. I am also going to polish my intake manifold. Any thing else I should do while the engine it out?

Replace the clutch along with everything else that was mentioned......well I guess the clutch was mentioned also. In stead of replacing the vac lines, you could just go non seq, it will make the reinstall MUCH MUCH MUCH easier!!!!!
