Because from the accident, it can look like FD owner was trying to beat the other car by making the left turn. Correct. We are disputing it because the other party was making a LEFT hand turn which woudl give me no reason to yeild. He did not signal that he was going to enter a 'straight travel' lane again so the asssumption was he was STILL turning left. Thats why I had my left blinker on and he had his on. And then they decided to go straight. And at that point yielding was not possible. Hence the dispute. Im not really worried as a tthis point my insurance is taking care of my claim and his took care of his claim, hwoever i am going to court to try to get my deductible back due to the irresponsible lane change, but not for anything more than that.

I am gonna go for a walk today on the plus side!

Love the NSX, one of the few cars I would trade my FD for, but it would need the grey leather interior with a targa top. Hope you make a speedy recovery.

Yup. I know about this because i have had already my mom and my sister who went through the SAME exact thing.

I dont want to give you false hopes but in my familys' case, they both lost. The damage was no where near yours but i guess them being both female, they didnt favor them and assumed it was poor driving skills etc.

Glad to see you're ok though and you're back in another awesome car. I wouldnt have gotten black though and not a 91 but its still awesome to own.

Are you on nsxprime?? Those guys are true a-holes sometimes.

I am.

And im a black on black kinda guy when it comes to wheels and paint so thats the goal. And I prefer the NA1 look. Cant stand the NSX-T's, heavier and yuck. This one thankfully has had the 'Snap Ring' issue addressed already.

I am on that site but... i probably wont frequent lol
