What did you do with/for your 7 this Thanksgiving weekend

Yes but anyone who makes a LEFT turn (or almost anytime someone makes A turn), they are at fault if an accident occurs.
Because from the accident, it can look like FD owner was trying to beat the other car by making the left turn. It would side the FD owner alot more if the damage wasnt as bad but from the damage, it looks like the FD owner basically didnt even bother to yield to oncoming traffic and tried to beat them with the left turn.

Correct. We are disputing it because the other party was making a LEFT hand turn which woudl give me no reason to yeild. He did not signal that he was going to enter a 'straight travel' lane again so the asssumption was he was STILL turning left. Thats why I had my left blinker on and he had his on. And then they decided to go straight. And at that point yielding was not possible. Hence the dispute. Im not really worried as a tthis point my insurance is taking care of my claim and his took care of his claim, hwoever i am going to court to try to get my deductible back due to the irresponsible lane change, but not for anything more than that.
I am gonna go for a walk today on the plus side!

I dont want to give you false hopes but in my familys' case, they both lost. The damage was no where near yours but i guess them being both female, they didnt favor them and assumed it was poor driving skills etc.
Glad to see you're ok though and you're back in another awesome car. I wouldnt have gotten black though and not a 91 but its still awesome to own.
Are you on nsxprime?? Those guys are true a-holes sometimes.
