what clutch do you guys recommend
Ok my mods are: full exhaust, m2 ic, intake, bov, power fc, fuel pump, 14 or 15 lbs of boost. and a couple of other things.
Also my gears click a little going into 2nd and 3rd so i have to wait a split second before going into these gears unless i am really getting on it. basically the car is already a little annoying to cruise around town in. I like the way the stock clutch feels but I need to upgrade. what is a clutch that can deal with like 450 horsies (when I go single) and also is pretty decent to use for actually driving the car like its a regular car? does this clutch exist haha? some people have told me the ACT street/strip?
2nd question is for people with lightened flywheel: do you guys recommend it? any negatives? I read it lowers torque: any thought on this? does it make the car annoying to drive at all?thanks

ACT is nice because you don't have to break it in..
As far as the flywheel. I think it's a great mod. You don't lose torque, you will just lose drivetrain momentum. (meaning when you wanna dump the clutch, you'll have to be at higher revs, because you'll need more momentum due to the loss of rotating mass...That may FEEL like a loss of torque, but is not). It's a good mod. Your car will start faster, more of your power being produced by the engine will be transferred to the wheels, making you faster.
Have you changed your tranny fluid? A good Redline MTL/MT90 might fix that 2nd and 3rd gear click (though it's a bit like fixing the sympton, not the problem).

Depends on which ACT clutch. The racing clutch you do not have to break in, but ACT recommends that you break in the street/strip clutch (200 miles of frequent shifting).
I just installed an ACT and lightweight flywheel about 50 miles ago. I need to put on about another 150 before I can start to get on it.
I like the new set up a lot...but I can't fully comment until I can get on it. I have noticed a slightly more choppy start when releasing the clutch due to the lighter flywheel, but not much. I went to a 12 lb (stock is 20 lbs)...I was worried that any lighter would be really rough on easy starts. Seemed like a good compromise to me (and I haven't found it annoying). It depends on the driving you plan to do...Autocross, drag, street, or combo of. A really light f/w is not particularily good for the strip or just street driving, but is good for auto-x. A mid to heavy is good for street and strip, but not as good for auto-x. Or take the lighter one and rev it up like Martini said. Hard to say which school of thought is 100% correct for the strip as skill and technique are big factors.
Not too sure how much the ACT street/strip clutch can take...the racing can take a ton, but it is not going to be fun if you mostly do street driving. If you really want a SERIOUS clutch, go for it or maybe a twin plate (RE Amemiya, OS Giken, Mazdaspeed and probably some other manufacturers out there). Twin would probably cost you three times as much, but should take some serious power and abuse.
The clicking could potentially be a synchro. Fluid change is always a good idea. May be do that first (before clutch change), then you can move on to other potential issues, looking into them when the tranny is down for changing out the clutch and flywheel.

WELL bro,
It depends on how good of a driver you are. If you suck
and think the stock clutch is hard to push in or just ok. Then
I recommend the MAzda-speed clutch. Feels like a single
but engages like a twin. BUT it you can handle it. GO OS-genkin
iT ROCKS, I had it in my MR2 now in my 7 and its adjustable, which is great. It will be tuff to drive a first, you will get then hang of it. NO PROBLEM HOLDING 550 Hp
GOOD LUCK

about the clicking, I already know I have worn synchros and I do change the tranny fluid pretty frequently and also use lucos tranny stuff in there. My car is used for the street. I have never been to the track and don't plan on it but I still want the car to be as fast as possible because I do some racing on the streets. Thanks for the help.
