Most likely a 20mm long M8 bolt with a 1.25mm thread pitch.

so if you start with the Mazda part number, the ones starting with a 9 are going to be JIS standard parts, and the size is in the part number
if its a normal part number, there will be some difference

for example, 9078-60-616B or more clearly 90786-0616B
9 = hardware, it'll be JIS standard, they do bolts, nuts, screws, washers etc
0786 = style of the part, this one happens to be a bolt with a captive washer, and no ransom note.
06 = diameter, M6
16 = length of the bolt, this one is 16mm
B = if there is a letter, it denotes the plating. blank is a gold zinc, B is Black (or dark)

since its a JIS standard part, we know an M6 is a 1.0 thread pitch with a 10mm head.

9994-00-801 is an M8 Nut, M8 is 1.25 thread, 12mm head, gold zinc...

the hard one is the M10, i think typically its a 1.25 thread, but Mazda uses 1.5 for the exhaust stuff

and again, if its an FD01-28-114 is a normal part number, so its somehow not a JIS standard

^^^Calling for an M10 fastener, specs the pitch as well, which is 1.5 standard (maybe less so in a non-metric environment). Other 10mm fasteners are available in fine and extra fine - mazda uses all 3 on these things - which is probably the only diameter on the car where it applies.

Is 1.5 Pitch or 1.25 pitch standard for M10?

It might depend on the application, but I measured and found some replacement rear suspension bolts were 10x1.25. From what I found when looking into suspension bolts you likely want to have JIS flanged bolts or nuts and Class 10 strength. The original Mazda bolts had a slightly longer unthreaded (shoulder) area for their overall length, compared to the ones I found on BelMetric.

I’d reach out to JP3.

They make a kit to retro fit these onto 1993 vehicles (only 1994+ had them) and I’m sure they know / have bolts in stock.

Might be the easiest / most direct path to getting what you need.

there are four of them of them total for that brace part as indicated

are you missing all four? if not, take one of the others out and there you have it

the part no. indicates 8mm dia x 20mm long as was stated in post 2

it will most likely be 1.25 thread, screw any M8x1.25 into the threaded hole to verify.

-or-

they often have the bolt available in stock, but in a different style/color/etc.

or if you have one you can post a pic of from one of the other positions, I may be able to match it up closely from boxes of misc new and used bolts I’ve collected for the last 20 years
