what is this black pipe in front of ac rad?

doing a fmic custom install and vertical mount rad. but i need to know what this stupid black pipe is just infront on the Air conditioning radiator.
i have a canadian model if that makes any difference.

You might be ableto make your own. If you got to auto part store and buy some tubing and the tool to bend it to might be okay, that's all that is but it has to be metal. Or you can get a small oil cooler and put it somewhere and replace it al together. If you look where it comes out and where it goes in you can get creative. Also if you know somebody that has a Greddy FMIC kit, you can see how the cooler gets modified to fit.

when -i did my FMIC i just carefully bent it to get my IC to fit./.
