what is this?

so yeah what is it? looking under the passenger side of the car. looks like a tow hook, is that what it is? 3 12mm bolts hold it in.

It's a tie down hook. You'll need them if you ever go to the dyno or transport the car

thats what i figured. i pulled it to make room for that duct but kept the bolts in place and tossed it in a storage bin just in case
