Were chrome wheels a factory option for touring or something?
My car is a 94 touring but it has stock 16" wheels that are chromed, they're beginning to chip in the crevices and near the center cap, but the spokes look ok... was this a dealership/factory option or what? Never see them on the board?
Probably just going to powdercoat them a charcoal like color

They did not come from the factory that way. Some dealers had them chromed as an upgrade to the stock package.
