My car is a 94 touring but it has stock 16" wheels that are chromed, they're beginning to chip in the crevices and near the center cap, but the spokes look ok... was this a dealership/factory option or what? Never see them on the board?

Probably just going to powdercoat them a charcoal like color

 

My 93 Touring has chrome stock rims too. I wonder if they came in stock chrome.

 

They did not come from the factory that way. Some dealers had them chromed as an upgrade to the stock package.

 

My 93 had chrome rims as well. I think they were available as a dealer option.

 

I beleive there were also Polished sets availible in the stock wheels....................oh, by the way....I would like a set....anybody have any?

It isn't listed in the sales brochure. I doubt it was a factory option.

Either case, upgrade your stock rims to something 17" and with a lip....:P

I've got a set of 4 chrome rims with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires mounted on them (90% tread left).
