www.burnsstainless.com

Aluminum will be fine. Make sure you weld beads on the ends to "grabs" the silicone connectors. Buy several bends and cut and weld them to fit.

Burns?!?! Pretty expensive for just IC piping. Try www.atpturbo.com They're the cheapest I found for aluminum mandrel bends. Burns is good in quality but don't know if you want to spend $300 on IC piping

Instead of welding beads on the ends of the piping you can also roll bead. Any metal fabrication shop should have these, or you can buy yourself one at harbor frieght for pretty cheap.

I bought mine from them. Much cheaper than burns. Go with aluminum.

Well they are right around the corner from where I live, and I have a wholesale account so...

but good eye. Definitely he could save some money there, as long as the wall thickness is ok and not like paper

The wall thickness is .065". Plenty thick for IC piping.

just remember, aluminum=tig with special rods

good point on the welds at the ends of the tubes as well but you can also take it down to someplace which has that little crimper thingy (you know, the 2 little rollers which are offset which makes a bead as well, its looks nicer but does the same thing)
