A freind of mine who have a J-Spec 92 FD, have some strange turbo problems.

After a rebuild of his engine he cant get boost until 3500 rpm. Sometime he won't get boost at all. U can here the primary turbo spool up at 1800 rpm but nothing. Somtimes if he gets off the gas at 5-5500 rpm and hit the gas again the second turbo kicks inn.

On his boost gauge the presures are as follows. about 0.3-0.4 on primary and 0.5 on secondary.

The presure can also sudenly disapeare during acceleration. Then u here a loud pssssh sound.

im afraid that he either have a vacume leak or that maybe hes blow off valve does not work properly.

Is there enyone that have heard about this problem?
