Weird Starting Problem...OEM ECU v. PFC

last week in had reinstalled my stock ECU back into the car and it started fine, but the check engine light came on with code 12, Throttle Sensor. So i replugged by PFC back in and it was fine also.

yesterday i warmed up the car with the PFC installed, then changed it out for the stock ECU to diagnose the TPS sensor voltage levels. After some diagnosing, i tried to start the car but it wouldn't start.

So i reinstall my PFC and the car starts fine. then i tried the stock ECU again but it still won't start...any ideas as to why the car starts with the PFC but won't start with the stock ECU?

Did you clip any wires or lift any pins with the PFC install?

i didn't clip the wires from the harness, rather the pins in the PFC were clipped, so it shouldn't affect the the stock ECU
